Does my parent need to be tech-savvy to use this?
No. Viever is designed for seniors — large tactile icons, clear text, and simple navigation, built for users of all abilities and dexterity levels. Most of what you set up as a carer (appointments, medications, reminders) works in the background without your loved one needing to touch a settings menu.
Can more than one family member stay in the loop?
Yes. Premium lets you bring up to four family members or carers into the same Care Circle, so everyone linked can see updates, medications, and appointments — not just one person carrying the load.
What if my parent forgets or refuses a dose?
Medication reminders go to both your loved one's phone and any linked carer's phone at each scheduled dose time, so a missed dose shows up rather than going unnoticed.
Is my parent's health information private?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold or shared with advertisers, and only accessible to your loved one and the carers they've explicitly linked — access you can revoke at any time. See our Data Safety page for the full breakdown.
Do I need Premium, or can I try it free first?
