Full Premium — remote care sync, AI tools, and up to 4 linked carers — free for 6 months from activation. After that it reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe.

Founders help us build a better app. Here's what that looks like day to day.
Set up your profile — or your loved one's — and spend some real time with the core features.
We'll check in now and then with a quick survey, an in-app prompt, or a short call — honest feedback, good or bad, is what helps most.
With your agreement, we may quote your feedback — attributed to your first name and how you're connected to the person you care for or support, like "Sarah, carer for Mum" — on our website, app store listing, or social media, to show real families what Viever is like.

Founders Program FAQ
Do I have to give feedback?
We'd love for you to — it's how the Program helps us learn from real families, and it's a friendly ask rather than a strict rule. If a place goes unused for a long stretch, we may offer it to someone else on the waitlist.
Will you use my name if you quote my feedback?
Only your first name and how you're connected to the person you care for or support — never your full name, photo, or contact details — for example "— Sarah, carer for Mum." You can ask us to stop using a specific quote at any time by emailing info@viever.com.au. Full detail is in the Founders Program Terms.
What happens after the 6 months of free Premium?
Your account reverts to the Free tier automatically — no charge, no surprise bill. You can subscribe to a paid plan at that point if you'd like to keep Premium features.
What if the Program is full, or I'm not selected?
Places are limited and sign-ups close 15 October 2026, or earlier if we fill sooner. If you're not selected for this round, you'll be added to the general waitlist and we'll email you as soon as Viever launches publicly.
Can I leave the Program later?
Yes, any time — just stop using the app or email us and we'll take care of it. Feedback you've already given may still be used as described in the Founders Program Terms, but we won't use anything new from you after you've left.
