Founders Program Terms

These Founders Program Terms ("Founders Terms") apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy whenever you sign up for, or take part in, the Viever Founders Program ("the Program"). By checking the agreement box on the sign-up form, you accept these Founders Terms. If there is any conflict between these Founders Terms and the general Terms of Service on a matter specific to the Program, these Founders Terms apply.

1. About the Founders Program

The Founders Program is a limited early-access programme that gives a small number of participants the chance to use Viever before its public launch, in exchange for trying the app and sharing feedback that helps us improve it. It is offered at our discretion and is separate from the general public waitlist.

2. Eligibility and Selection

Places in the Program are limited. Signing up is an expression of interest, not a guarantee of a place. We may select participants on any basis we consider reasonable, including device type, order of sign-up, or the mix of participants we need at a given time, and we may decline or wait-list an applicant without giving a reason.

3. Sign-Up Window

Sign-ups for the current round of the Program close 15 October 2026, or earlier if all places fill before that date. We may extend, shorten, reopen, or run further rounds of the Program at our discretion; the current status is shown on the sign-up form.

4. Program Benefits

Participants confirmed into the Program receive:

Early access to Viever ahead of its general public release; and
6 months of free Premium, starting from the date your account is activated.

After the 6-month period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. Benefits are personal to the participant, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We may adjust or discontinue a benefit if required by an app store, payment provider, or law, or if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

5. Your Participation and Feedback

The Program works best as a two-way conversation, so alongside early access and the Premium benefit, we'd love for you to:

Spend some real time in the app rather than just installing it;
Share your thoughts when we check in — through a survey, an in-app prompt, a quick call, or whatever's easiest for you; and
Be candid with us, including about what isn't working yet — that's often the most useful feedback of all.

This is a friendly ask rather than a strict obligation, and we know life gets busy. If a place in the Program goes unused for a long stretch, we may offer it to someone else waiting to join, as described in section 9.

6. Use of Your Feedback to Promote Viever

Feedback you give us as a Founders Program participant — including survey answers, ratings, testimonials, quotes, messages, app store reviews, and similar material ("Feedback") — helps us build a better app, and we would also like to be able to share it publicly to show what real families think of Viever.

By submitting Feedback, you grant Viever a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt (including lightly editing for length, clarity, or grammar without changing its meaning), and publish that Feedback:

On the Viever website and marketing pages;
On app store listings (e.g. Google Play, the App Store);
In social media posts and paid advertising; and
In other promotional or investor materials about Viever.

Where we publish a direct quote, we will attribute it using your first name and your relationship to the person you care for or support (for example, "— Sarah, carer for Mum"), not your full name, photo, email, or other contact details, unless you separately agree to something more.

You don't receive separate payment for Feedback we use this way — it's part of the exchange described in this Program. You can ask us to stop using a specific piece of Feedback, or withdraw your consent for future use, at any time by emailing info@viever.com.au. We will remove it from materials we control going forward, but we may not be able to recall copies already published, printed, cached, or shared by others (e.g. an old social media post or app store screenshot).

You should only submit Feedback that is your own honest view and that doesn't include anyone else's private or identifying information without their permission.

7. Pre-Release Nature of the App

The version of Viever offered through the Program may be a beta, pre-release, or early build. It may contain bugs, be missing features that appear later, change significantly, or occasionally be unavailable while we make changes. It is provided on the same "as is" basis described in our general Terms of Service, including the health and wellness disclaimers in that document, which continue to apply in full.

8. Ending Your Participation

You can stop taking part in the Program at any time by simply no longer using the app, or by contacting info@viever.com.au. We may remove a participant from the Program — including any remaining free-Premium period — where we reasonably believe there is prolonged inactivity, misuse, a breach of these Founders Terms or our general Terms of Service, or a need to manage the size of the Program. Section 6 (use of Feedback already given) survives your leaving the Program.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Founders Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to Program benefits or timing. If we make a material change, we'll aim to let participants know within the app or by email. Continuing to take part in the Program after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Founders Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. In these Founders Terms, a reference to Viever is a reference to Viever Solutions (ABN: 25 229 143 456).
